Oficial Visa

For a Visa you should provide the following documents :

1. Completely filled out form
2. Oficial passport or United nations (Laissez-passer)
3. Verbal note of the Federal Department of the foreign affairs or the Diplomatic mission (native country)
4. Copy of the legitimation letter
5. Two additional passport size pictures
6. Fotocopy of your Certificate of vaccination
7. Fees : no charge

Note: All the documents in foreign language (except the passport, the international certificate of vaccines and supporting documents of reserves of flight and hotel), must be translated into Portuguese by an official translator and legalized by the local authorities (notary/chancellery of the canton or federal):
