Residence Permit Visa

For a Visa you should provide the following documents :

1. Letter of the petitioner directed to the Embassy
2. Completely filled out form
3. Police Clearance authenticated that applicant has no pending criminal proceedings
4. Medical Certificate of health
5. Term of responsibility for the person who supporting you or document of property / lease of residence
6. Proof of means of subsistence while in Angola
7. Declaration of commitment according to Angolan law
8. Passport and copy of the main used pages
9. Three additional passport size pictures
10. Payment of the migration act (photocopy)
11. Fees : CHF 360.-

Note: All the documents in foreign language (except the passport, the international certificate of vaccines and supporting documents of reserves of flight and hotel), must be translated into Portuguese by an official translator and legalized by the local authorities (notary/chancellery of the canton or federal)
